Dear Sue,

“I really enjoyed your presentation to the Greater Akron Dietetic Association on 10/20/2010:  “Navigating the Maze of Vitamin, Mineral, Herbal and Nutritional Supplements”.  With all of the information out there, you did a great job of describing the differences between regulated and non-regulated substances.   You answered the questions that most of us have regarding supplements, thanks for setting us straight.  Your presentation was full of so many details, you even told us how to evaluate the supplements so we can be assured what is healthy for us.   Thank you so much! Please let me know of any other presentations that you are scheduled to give in the future – I wouldn’t want to miss any! “

“ I am most grateful for your help in getting Patrick back on the right track.  I will never forget the impact you had on him, especially during the intake session, but throughout the time he met with you. We continue to ask God’s guidance and are watching for the telltale signs of disordered eating.  Thankfully we have not seen any in quite a while. Thank you, Sue. I hope that you continue to use your gifts and skills to save other lives.”  Jane

“You are so full of information & I loved that about you.  You always had something new to  tell me and inform me about. I love learning and I definitely learned so much from you.  You also helped me to try new foods and include variety.  You know so much and any question I had, you could answer. I’ve learned so  much about my body and how it works and also about food and what it does for my body. You are truly amazing. Thank you so much for everything.” – Chelsea

I’ve always felt self conscience confronting my weight issues. Even with doctors and health professionals I’ve skirted away, ashamed of my body and my eating habits. I always told myself I can do it on my own, so only I have to know about my eating, weight, and waist size. When I finally gave up and admitted that I needed help with this, I went to my father and together we took our troubles to Sue. She changed my entire relationship with food. Food is fuel, not something to avoid or over indulge, and with a little planning and self control food can make your body ‘run better.’ Sue arms her clients with the appropriate knowledge to face a lifestyle change instead of just another fad diet, and she does it with a comforting and non-judgmental demeanor. I walked into her office feeling fat, standoffish, and afraid and I walked out feeling knowledgeable, comfortable, and excited. With Sue’s help, I no longer feel overwhelmed with the chore of losing weight. I am just taking it a day at a time, getting healthier with each meal.
I am very thankful for her guidance and help.
