Welcome! I’m Sue Clarahan, RD, LD. I strive to make nutrition practical and simple. Let’s get you the help you deserve.
You are not broken. Eating beyond hunger, not eating for hunger, using food other than nourishment or engaging in behaviors that override your body’s hunger and fullness cues makes for a lifetime of chaotic and dysfunctional eating. Believing that your life’s calling is to try and change your body is a thief of time and your life.
You are not a failure. Do not believe the myth that your body is broken, and your eating is beyond your control. I can help you heal your body and your internal wisdom to become whole and trusting of your body’s wisdom.

EATING DISORDERS
Do You Find Yourself:
❍ Restricting food intake - eating very little, eating nothing, or trying to eat as little as possible?
❍ Binging - eating large quantities of food in a short period of time?
❍ Purging - using methods such as self-induced vomiting or laxatives to attempt to “get rid of” what you’ve eaten?
❍ Compulsively overeating, even if you’re not hungry?
❍ Compulsively exercising - exercising too much, too vigorously, or to the point where it is interfering with your life?
❍ Taking diet pills, laxatives, diuretics, other pills, or substances to help curb your appetite or assist in purging?
❍ Chewing/Spitting food out? (This is another form of purging.)
❍ Drinking a lot of water, diet soda, tea, or coffee, chewing gum continually, smoking, and/or taking caffeine pills to attempt to control your appetite?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, you’ll benefit seeing Sue.
